When visiting a new city is always recommended to look out for nice dessert places nearby. Therefore, let me introduce you to my new favory cake stop in the city, Dulce de Leche.

This breakfast and brunch restaurant is located en Calle Pintor Gisbert 2, in the heart of the most fashionable neighborhood of Valencia, Ruzafa. When walking down the streets you can definitely feel the hipster vibe of this part of the city, thanks to the beautiful and colorfull houses, the various murales and the stylish shops all around.

The interiors of Dulce de Leche perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Ruzafa, with its minimalist yet tastefull choice of furnishings and the abbundance of decorative plants.

People come to Dulce de Leche mainly to try their wide selection of pastry. However, there are also other options of very tasty looking food. Just in case you fancy having a brunch with some friends while sipping a cappuccino or a mimosa.

What we tried

Everything in the restaurant definitely looked amazing and it was hard to choose what to pick. I personally really love fruit, that's why I opted for a tart with ricotta cheese and red fruits and a banana milkshake.

1. Milkshake. Very tasty and available in different flavours. Price: 4,00€

2. Tart with ricotta cheese and red fruits. Sweet and filling. Price: 3,50€

My friends preferred a big slice of chocolate cake:

1. Chocolate cake. Quite big slice, you may need help to complete the task. Price: 3,50€
